How to invest in Kalshi?
Kalshi is a privately held company. Only accredited and institutional investors can invest in privately held companies before their IPO. Investors seeking exposure to pre-IPO companies such as Kalshi can invest via special purpose vehicles, funds, investment syndicates, or, purchase shares directly depending on the company's policy on stock transferability.
Can you buy Kalshi stock?
Due to regulations, only accredited and institutional investors are eligible to purchase highly illiquid assets such as private company stock.
